The Global Harmonization Task Force (GHTF) has announced the availability of a proposed guidance document on CAPA systems. Proposed by Study Group 3 – Quality Systems it is entitled Quality management system – Medical Devices – Guidance on corrective action and preventive action and related QMS processes.
